EXPERTISE IN TAX PLANNING
Mike is respected by some of the best Law Firms in the United States.  Mike’s resume includes a Tax Director position at SUNOCO, a Fortune 30 company, as well as a Tax Partnership position with the Deloitte CPA Firm who have major corporations as clients. He has an in-depth knowledge of the IRS Code (Federal Tax Laws).

EXPERIENCE IN ACCOUNTING
Mike’s Accounting background includes acting as CFO for ADOBE Investments and other companies to provide expert financial support.

LynnAnn DeSantis

• Villanova University – BS in Accounting
• University of New Haven – MS in Taxation

EXPERTISE IN TAXES
LynnAnn has 20 years of experience in resolving complex Tax Issues. She is one of a few accountants that has a Masters in Taxation in Bucks County.  In order to receive her Masters she has a thorough understanding of the Internal Revenue Service Code.

Maria DeSantis

• Villanova University – BS in Business Administration

Maria is the Company’s Controller.  She assists Mike and LynnAnn with preparing financial information spreadsheets using Excel. She held a Managerial position at Sun Company, Inc. whereby she managed a staff of 40 employees.

This is Luca, the office mascot.  He greets clients, sleeps through most tax planning sessions, helps his mom and dad with QuickBooks and he is the only member of our Firm who has never billed an hour of his time.
